SME Earns CXcellence Award

SME is excited to announce that we have been awarded a CXcellence Award for Client Connectedness, gaining recognition for developing a process to integrate client feedback initiatives and insight throughout our firm.

Less than 5% of professional services firms (engineers, architects, construction, legal, accounting, etc.) have an established Client Experience (CX) culture within their firms. For the first time in 2018, the Client Experience Excellence (CXcellence) Award presented by Client Savvy celebrates client experience innovation and ideas.

Since 2017, SME has been working with Client Savvy to develop a client feedback program. Our goal is to use all forms of feedback to improve our clients' experience (CX). Our initial efforts indicate that SME has one of the highest Net Promoter Scores in the AEC industry.
